If someone did this to my car and there was more than slight damage (ie a 'ding' or an 'RDS') I would be out on the street looking for the person and place the chair on top of them with something of equal weight to my car on top of that.

I can't fathom how anyone thinks they have the right to damage someone elses property.

Totally agree. I'll make them work hard and save pennies while paying mortgage and make them purchase a car after months of hard work finding the said car in a condition they are happy to purchase after looking at the ads, test driving, price discussing etc. Then make them drop a massive three seater couch on it. And proceed to jump up and down on the said couch myself while yelling "YOU LIKE IT? YOOUUU LIIIKEE ITTTT!???"
